First of all, when you generate a mlm lead online, understand that they are asking for your help. When somebody puts their name and information into one of your websites, they want help. They are lost and don't know what to do. They went your websites, are reaching out and want some help. Once you pick up the phone and you call that lead keep it simple. It's a very simple process. A quick introduction. Something like, "Hey Joe. How are you doing? This is Jay. I've seen that you went to my website about taking your business online or growing your business online. Do you remember doing that?" And wait for an answer. Usually they've gone through a ton of websites. If you call them, this means you will be sticking out. Ask them if they remember doing that. If they answer yes, continue with, "Great. Do you have a few minutes to speak?" That's an important question to ask. Do you have a few minutes to speak? This person could be going to work, at work, picking their kids up. You want to make sure that you ask that question before you proceed with the questions that you want to ask them. They say, "Yes, I have a few minutes to talk to you." Perfect. This is a very important question too. How can I help you? Asking them how I can help you is basically it's an open question where they can tell you how you can help them. Saying how can I help you. I've been chasing my family and friends around or ran out of people to talk to. I've been in this program and that program and I just don't know exactly what's best for me or what's the best one out there. Whatever problem that they're going through let them explain to you how you can help them. If it's your network marketing company, if it's your product, it's your service, it's a resource, it's a tool, whatever it is that you're offering you just listen to them. Put on your listening ears, listen to them. You can proceed with a product and service or maybe a business partner. We are a network marketing so maybe it's a business partner that can actually help them. Here's a really, really good question. If you have generated a lead online, this is a very, very powerful question. You ask them toward this, you want to continue asking questions. Ask questions about maybe what company they're in. How long they've been in the company. How long they've been in the industry? What have they struggled with? These are some good questions you can ask them so they can tell you so you can have a better idea exactly how you can help them. A really, powerful question you want to ask them is are you looking to take your business online? Asking that question is very powerful because if a person is online looking that means they are obviously looking to take the business online or grow business online or start a business online. You have to ask that question to make sure that which one is it? You have to ask which one exactly are you trying to do?
