If you want to build muscle and strength with calisthenics, you'll need to implement one of these methods. The reason I made this video is because I frequently get comments from people about the insanely high number of reps they can do on the basics, yet they struggle to achieve other variations of that same basic movement. The truth is that chasing reps can be a fun challenge and it can surely sculpt your physique (if you do high volume) but the return on strength is very minimal. If you want to build strength and achieve more difficult skills and exercises, you need to use one of the methods I show in this video to make your basics more challenging. So if you want to learn calisthenics at home, start getting creative and finding ways to implement these 8 tips I share. You'll see that something as simple as working on the one-arm variation (unilateral) or slowing down your reps can make a huge difference! ❤️ Do you appreciate my fitness and nutritional advice and want a way to support my channel?
