Ingredients: 2 cups fresh, whole cranberries 1/4 cup water 1/4-1/3 cup granulated sugar 3/4-1 cup powdered sugar Directions: In a bowl combine cranberries, water, lemon juice and granulated sugar. Mix until the sugar dissolves completely and forms a syrup that coats the cranberries. Add additional sugar if it is too thin. Drain the excess liquid, the cranberries will remain wet but should don't have any liquid pooling around them, and transfer them to a clean, dry bowl. Add in powdered sugar and mix or toss to coat. Add more powdered sugar if the coating appears very wet. On a parchment lined baking sheet, arrange the cranberries in a single layer. Bake for 5-6min, only to dry out the shell. DO NOT overbake or the cranberries will become soft. Let cool completely and serve.
