This video shows you how to make home made Cranberry Pie for the holidays. Quick and easy and YUMMY!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Give it a try! Ingredients Frozen pie shell 2 (store bought) Cranberries 4 Cup Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (plus little extra for sprinkling on top) Flour 3 Tablespoon Salt 1 Pinch Butter 1 Tablespoon Egg wash 4 Tablespoon Directions GETTING READY: Preheat oven to 450°F. MAKING: In a bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, flour, salt, butter and mix well. Roll out pie shell and place inside deep dish pie plate. Transfer the mixture into plate and spread well. Cover the cranberry mixture with strips of pie dough as shown in the video. Baste with egg wosh and sprinkle sugar over it. Place over baking sheet. Pop into oven and bake for 10 minutes.
