Learn how to insert a bobbin in a sewing machine, for both front loading and top loading (drop-in) machines. This video shows bobbin loading on two machines, the Singer Simple (https://amzn.to/30hCQLy *) and the Elna Lotus, to illustrate how to load a bobbin in both styles of machine. Make sure that you consult your sewing machine manual, though, because every model of sewing machine is a little different! I suggest always having lots of extra bobbins. You can buy cheaper non-brand versions, but check the measurements to make sure that they are the same dimension as your original ones. Also consider that some sewing machines use metal bobbins.
