Overcoming Fear and Discouragement

One of the biggest obstacles I have personally encountered in my life, art, and business is FEAR. It's the most annoying, obnoxious, and debilitating emotion that is usually the very thing that stands between me and my breakthroughs. I have been learning to separate myself from it and not identify with it. Beyond that scary thing are magical things like love, connection, opportunities, sales, and joy. If you have been struggling, please know that more often than not, I show up afraid. Although I still get anxious when launching new art or selling a course, I just don't let this feeling stop me. For example, sometimes I even get scared to send an e-mail, but I know I have done my part as long as I reach someone, and that is enough.
