In Argentina, a parrilla isn't just what you'd call a "grill" - it's also a type of barbecue restaurant that's deeply woven into the country's culture 🍽️ 🇦🇷. These parrillas are everywhere, from tiny towns to big cities, serving up fire-cooked meat and tradition on every plate.
