Fresh off the boat from Wales, Catfish and the Bottlemen have made quite a splash in the U.S. indie scene. Led by singer Van McCann the boys have already played big name festivals like T in the Park, Reading & Leeds and the Governor’s Ball in New York. With their punky riffs and McCann’s strong vocals the Bottlemen were destined to be the next big fish in an equally big pond. “Pacifier” is the fifth track off of their debut album The Balcony. The song centers on an argument between McCann and his flavor-of-the-week. Their witty banter back and forth shows the crumbling of the one-sided relationship.
