Ready to go? Follow along with Hannah for this 40 minute Strength and Balance workout! For this class you'll need a sturdy chair or wall , a set of light weights, and some water. An optional thing to add is a yoga mat to stand on. Remember, there are risks associated with participation in any exercise program including but not limited to light headedness, difficulty breathing, chest discomfort, abnormal heartbeat, slips, trips and/or falls.
