Should You Wait To Invest In Real Estate until after the Housing Market Crash 2019? The question I got the most: “Cody, should I wait to invest in real estate until the market changes or crashes?” And trust me… I see all the post from real estate experts predicting another real estate market crash and warning everyone to hold back and save their money! All I have to say is it’s BS! Not the whole “Market Crashing” thing, at one point it will crash. What I’m calling BS on is the… “I’ll just wait...the market is going to drop..oh, I’ll just start investing the next go around..” mindset. Trust me, I understand that mindset. It makes sense to want to buy real estate when houses are cheap right after a real estate crash and not when prices are higher, like right now. But that’s not the issue. The issue is do we know the exact date of the next market crash? And how would you even know where the bottom of the crash hits? There’s so many questions that we will NEVER know the answer to, so instead of sitting around and twiddling your thumbs, here’s my advice: IT’S NOT A SMART DECISION TO WAIT! Waiting to invest in real estate can have major effects later on because you won’t be ready for when the real estate market really crashes. You won’t have the skills you need to take advantage of the low prices and yes they’re deals in the current market! You just have to be smart about finding them and work harder to get their first. Start developing the crucial skills you need to be at the top of your game for when the market crashes, gain some experience so you know how to analyze deals when the market drops and deals are popping up everywhere. Get locked and loaded so you’re ready to dominate the real estate game!
