It’s the real estate between your ears. You’re probably watching this video right now because you want to get rich and win the money game. Expect a lot of people aren’t taught how to do this, so today I want to help you. How? By shattering one of the BIGGEST self-limiting beliefs out there: “I’m broke.” I used to be that person that had a negative relationship with money. I used to constantly say I was too broke for this, couldn’t afford that and everything was too expensive. But then I changed my relationship with money. I forced myself to have a positive mindset. I began to see that I could flip houses with little to no money down and that money was not an obstacle in me finding success, I was. I just had to get creative in real estate investing and stop telling myself no... When you get started in real estate with little money you have to get creative. You see, when I was new to the real estate game I was able to get my first rental property without putting any money down or into the property. My first rental property was worth $280K but the homeowner was in foreclosure and was behind on his mortgage payments, he had $15K in back payments. Then he owed $90K to his bank, and he was paying $1K a month. So I asked him how much he wanted to sell the house for, he told me $50K plus I would have to take care of all his other fees and backed up payments. Basically I got the house for $170K and came up with a plan to use OPM (Other People’s Money). I went to networking events, asked my parents, my parent’s friends, I talked to everyone and struck a deal with my private money lender. Eventually got myself renters and was able to get creative with paying off the OPM and created myself a nice cash flow. That is creative real estate investing! So stop telling yourself you’re too broke to find financial freedom and win the money game! You just need to start thinking out of the box, and stop telling yourself you’re broke.
