Thanks for watching xx Ingredients: Meat preparation: 1,9 kg beef chin and beef heel blend: 1 extra large onion, 1 large piece of ginger, 4 garlic cloves, 6chillies, 1 tbsp rosemary,1/2tbsp aniseed, 1 star anise,1tsp peppercorn,1 sprig basil, 1 sankofa beef seasoning with 1 cup of water 1/2 tbsp salt stew: 1 cup oil of choice 1 and 1/12 onion 1 tsp full red curry (tandoori) blend: 1 large onion, 3 scotch bonnet pepper, 4 chillies, some ginger,6 garlic cloves, beef stock and fried onions 2x 200gr tomato puree/paste 3 x plum tomato beef seasoning tandoori curry sankofa stew seasoning smoked paprika Maggi seasoning powder boiled eggs: optional Hello friends!
