No egos, no pressure — just people on day one, like you. ❌ **The coaches will be intense and I’ll get yelled at. ✅ Our coaches walk you through everything step by step, know your name, and give real, constructive feedback. No rushing, no shaming. ❌ **CrossFit is dangerous, I’ll get hurt. ✅ Poor coaching is dangerous. We start with lighter weights and mechanics first. One athlete came in after knee surgery and now finishes workouts with no pain and full confidence. ❌ **I’m too old / too out of shape for this. ✅ Movements are broken down and scaled for your body.
