Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins roast style 1 can or bottle pineapple juice 1 can pineapple slices 1 can or bottle apple juice 1 bottle apple cider vinegar Pit boss pulled pork bbq rub McCormick apple wood bbq rub Recipe: 1) Inject both pork loins, 1 with apple juice and 2nd with pineapple juice (allow to marinade 2 hours) 2) Season both pork loins, pineapple juice injected loin with mccormick apple wood bbq rub and apple juice injected loin pit boss pulled pork bbq rub (allow to rest 15 minutes) 3) Prep your pellet smoker or any grill, crank temp up to 250 (f) 4) Place pork loins in center of pit 5) Use meat thermometer to ensure accurate temp readings, set target of 145 (f) 6) Smoke/cook pork loins 3 1/2 hours at 250 (f) check every 30 - 60 minutes 7) Spritz with apple cider vinegar every hour to retain moisture and to add color 8) After 1 1/2 hour add pineapple slices to pineapple juice injected loin for color and flavor 9) Pull both loins off grill and allow to rest 30 minutes 10) Slice, serve and enjoy!!!
