The Wellki Strength Training Basics is an exercise video series devoted to isolating different muscle groups of the body. Each video will focus on a basic workout to strengthen and shape the specific muscles featured. The focus of this video is strengthening the shoulder muscles. In terms of cycling shoulders in with your other basic strength training workouts, you'll want to be sure to mix it in as an arms specialization workout. Just keep in mind that your three main strength workouts -- legs, chest and back -- need to be a part of your regular routine. For example, one day is devoted to strength training for legs, next workout for chest, then back. After that, it's time to work on the arms, and more specifically the shoulders.
