For 1 loaf of 20 slices 🥣 25 g sesame seeds 60 g hazelnuts 60 g almonds 140 g sunflower seeds 100 g oat flakes 90 g linseed 40 g psyllium husks 1 tsp salt 15 g rice syrup 60 g sunflower oil 450 g warm water Loaf pan (26 cm long) 1. Lightly roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat at medium temperature until they smell fragrant, then transfer to another pan. Also roast the hazelnuts and almonds. Allow to cool slightly and then chop in the mixing bowl for 5 seconds | level 5. Put all ingredients, except the water, into the mixing bowl and mix for 3 minutes | dough mode. Slowly pour the water in through the lid opening. 2. Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Pour in the dough, smooth it out and leave to swell for 2 hours at room temperature. 3. Preheat the oven to 175 °C top/bottom heat and bake the protein bread for around 50 minutes. Make sure to let it cool completely in the pan before cutting. 💞 Do you know the ZauberTopf Club?
