Add ginger, green chilli, and salt. Beat batter well till light and airy (important for soft bhallas). Step 2: Fry Pakodas Heat oil on medium flame. Drop small balls of batter and fry till golden brown. Remove and immediately soak in warm salted water for 10 minutes. Gently press to remove excess water. Step 3: Prepare Dahi Whisk curd till smooth. Add salt and sugar, mix well. Step 4: Assemble Dahi Pakoda Arrange pakodas in a serving dish. Pour generous curd over them. Add tamarind chutney & green chutney. Sprinkle cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala. Garnish with coriander & pomegranate. 🌶️ Punjabi Style Tip Add a little hing (asafoetida) in batter for authentic Punjabi flavor. Use thick homemade dahi for best taste. Chill 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
