Canadian postsecondary education faces financial pressures from shifts in international enrollment, funding models, and technology, along with rising costs and economic uncertainty. Open Educational Resources (OER) offer affordable, accessible learning materials developed in Canada, improving access, satisfaction, and completion rates. Members of the Canadian Coalition for Affordable Learning (CCAL) will discuss digital OER innovation through interprovincial collaboration.
