Join me on this fun adventure in the heart of Bhutan as we set out for a hike to Jigme Dorji National Park in Thimphu—only to turn it into an impromptu riverside picnic! 🏞️ The river was crystal clear, and while I struggled to throw stones across, my dad showed us how it's done like a pro. 🪨 We even braved crossing the freezing river, which looked shallow but felt surprisingly deep! On the other side, we encountered some cheeky monkeys that gave us quite the fright, leading to a hasty retreat. 🐒 Though we didn't have the traditional hike with a heavy backpack and scenic meal this time, it was still a memorable experience surrounded by Bhutan's majestic natural beauty.
