Garlic Mushroom Pasta.

egg noodles 1 bag 1/4 cup Shredded parmasan cheese 1 pk of sliced mushrooms 1 tsp thyme 1 tbs olive oil lemon zest or lemon pepper like I used. a pinch of black pepper as well but mine was mixed in the lemon pepper. 3 to 4 cloves fresh or minced garlic 2 tbs butter a splash of lemon juice salt to taste Cook pasta as package says and save the pasta water you will need 1 cup later. Put olive oil in your skillet heat then add mushrooms, cook until they are golden brown. once brown add butter then the garlic and all dry seasonings. Cook together for 2 minutes. add in cooked pasta, parmasan cheese, then the pasta water and a splash of lemon juice, toss around until all mixed together you can also add a small amount of heavy cream if you want. top with fresh parsley or chives and a little extra cheese.
