Carb Manager https://apps.apple.com/us/app/carb-ma... ****************************************************** Coconut Flour Biscuits Makes 6 Biscuits 3.4g NC each 2/3c Coconut Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp alt 1/2c Coconut Oil 16 Egg Whites Combine coconut flour, salt & baking powder. Cut in coconut oil with mixer whisk or pastry blender. In separate clean bowl, whip egg whites on high until very stiff. Fold flour mixture into egg whites. Oil silicone muffin top pan. Divide batter 6 ways evenly. Or Mound onto parchment paper covered cookie sheets. Bake 400* 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Slice before freezing. Store in the freezer. Reheat in the toaster
