Sit too much? We all do it and we know when we do because our body tells us to get up and move. But there are some specific ways we can can move to bring balance back to our "stiff sitting person" bodies. This practice starts with a chair movement - because yes, you can even find healthy movement while still in a chair. Then we do the standing "pendulum swing" leg and finish with some reclining somatic yoga. Please have a chair available to start and you will need a block or something about 4" tall to stand on one leg on (your pedestal :-).
