Beginners Amigurumi Tutorial - Let's Crochet a Golden Snitch Together!

Welcome to Amigurumi Theatre. Let’s learn to crochet and make a golden snitch together. In this beginners crochet tutorial we will work through some of the basic stitches and techniques common in amigurumi to make this small toy. In this tutorial we will cover the following techniques: Magic ring Chain Single crochet Increases Invisible and standard decreases Working in the round (3D) and working in rows (flat) Equipment needed: Light worsted / DK yarn in a mustard yellow and white. Only small amounts of each required 2.5 or 3 mm crochet hook Black or gold embroidery thread 1 x stitch marker or safety pin Scissors Stuffing A tapestry needle for sewing together A few pins (optional) Instructions for the pattern are included within the tutorial in US terminology. It may be useful to screen shot the written pattern instructions as you go for reference and at times I may ask you to pause the video to finish off your piece using the written pattern instructions shown.
