Many of his compositions such as 500 Miles High, Spain, Humpty Dumpty, Windows, Got A Match and Armando’s Rumba have become recognised as modern standards, forming part of the musical education of many musicians across the world. The original recording of ‘Night Streets’ is from the 1976 album ’My Spanish Heart’, which fused together the musical styles of Spanish and Latin music and with that of Jazz.
