Hey guys, thank you for taking time to watch my SECOND TRAINING VLOG! As we are now approaching track season it’s time to start implementing the speed into my sessions. It has been a long winter, and even more so, a long year but it’s time to put practice into play. I have been struggling recently with my training, feeling a bit tired with a couple of health complications along the way but I’m ready to get at it! This is one of my favourite sessions to do when trying to cover all speed and endurance bases. The first 1k should be slightly slower than the last 1k (ideally both quicker than 3k pace) and the 300’s should be slightly quicker than the 1ks.
