This weekend I escaped to the Polish seaside to recharge, try something new and enjoy the last warm days by the Baltic Sea. I start the day with my favorite healthy breakfast – fresh fruit, cottage cheese pancakes and my signature green juice with mint, parsley, lemon, apple and honey, which I drink to boost immunity and keep my skin glowing from the inside. Then it’s time for something I haven’t done in years – windsurfing lessons! 🏄‍♀️ I get into a wetsuit, share my nerves and excitement, and head out onto the water for my first proper session in a long time. The water is a bit cold, but the adrenaline makes it totally worth it. Later I take you on a tour of my presidential suite right by the sea – a beautiful living area, workspace, big balcony with a sea view, fresh flowers and a cozy bedroom and bathroom. I also visit the spa to warm up after the wind and waves, and finish the day on the beach, listening to the sound of the sea and getting ready for dinner with Asian food at sunset.
