Join me on a peaceful late-afternoon walk through Kampen, one of Sylt's most charming villages. Starting in the village center, we make our way to the Uwe Dune, the island's highest point, offering stunning panoramic views. From there, we continue towards the beach trail, where the golden sunlight of late March creates a breathtaking atmosphere along the Cliff and North Sea coast. Sylt is Germany's northernmost island and belongs to the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. The island famous for its endless sandy beaches, dramatic dunes, and exclusive seaside resorts. Similar like the Hamptons, New York, USA, Sylt attracts visitors with its unique blend of natural beauty, maritime charm, and luxury lifestyle. Sylt is one of the most popular german islands and its beach (60 km totally) is considered to be one of the best in Germany. The Uwe Dune (German: Uwe Düne), shown in the video, is the highest natural elevation on Sylt at 52 meters. The dune is named after the lawyer Uwe Jens Lornsen (1793–1838), a pioneer of the unification of the then-existing duchies of Schleswig and Holstein into a Schleswig-Holstein state independent of Denmark. Ich war Ende März einige Tage auf Sylt und möchte euch in diesem Video die schönste Aussicht der ganzen Insel zeigen: Die Uwe Düne in Kampen. Wir laufen von der Ortsmitte eben zu diesem Hügel, der auch gleichzeitig mit 52,5 m die höchste natürliche Erhebung von Sylt ist.
