Was about to lie on the sofa and watch videos about how to document your hikes, and then the rain cleared, and the sky was blue, and sunlight looked enticing, so managed to leave my state of hungover lethargy and take myself up Ben Madigan, and documented my hike. It was super windy at the top, and on the way down I was feeling the hunger, so I stopped off in the Kingdom of the Rabbits, and got my stove out, and cooked up some lentil bolognese, which wouldn't have filled a gerbil, but it was still nice to stop, and feel the temperature drop, and know that I had what I needed to sort myself out. Really been enjoying walking back off the hills in the dark and seeing the city lights, under the shadowy shoulder of the mountains.
