This is the story of how I become an ambassador to a bespoke drum company based in North Yorkshire called AC Drums…. Although I go back in time to 1999 it all builds up to why I ended up finding this company out of the blue and to why I love this company so much and the shells and drums the owner(Carl) makes. Through the video I tend to say a lot of “errrms” so I apologise for this as I’m only used to talking with my hands (drumming) in front of a camera….. I have explained this story to the best of my vocabulary as I’m also not a great story teller, so please bear with me…… Yes I know it’s just over half an hour long so if you can put yourself through its paces and not get too bored as I’ve never done anything like this before…!! I do hope you enjoy what I’ve put together and I hope it comes across that drums aren’t all in a name, be it famous, expensive, long service and/or otherwise and that there is companies out there that produces some fantastic shells (even for the bigger fish companies) and they need that recognition….
