I noticed a news report from Tennessee stating that a police officer with the Rockwood Police Department had been fired. I decided to FOIA the bodycam footage and personnel file to see for myself. What I learned is that this guy (Charles Haubrich) shouldn’t have ever been hired in the first place, and shouldn’t be allowed to pop up somewhere else.
