In this video, I visit a property we lease to a local housing provider under a full repairing and insuring lease (i.e. a ‘Guaranteed Rent’ model). The previous tenant left the property in poor condition. The provider has since carried out works at their cost to return it to a livable standard. I went to inspect the property to assess the quality of those works and the condition it has been brought back to. The property was previously let on a standard private tenancy. Two years ago we moved to a guaranteed rent structure with a full repairing lease in place.
