The moment you step into the space, you are greeted by immaculate, chic aesthetics, a contemporary space accented with pops of colour and warm wooden tones with a bonus spectacular, sprawling view. From this vantage point, you have the iconic Marina Bay Sands clearly in your sights, with a captivating glimpse of shophouses around the Singapore River. It is the perfect backdrop for your next caffeine fix or a relaxed afternoon with friends. The menu offers a mix of classic and unique concoctions. I started with the Peanut Butter Mocha, a flavour combination that promised intrigue. However, while unique, the bitter notes of the coffee didn't quite achieve a perfect harmony with the nutty sweetness, leaving a slight flavour clash. Fortunately, the savouries quickly won me over. The Arabiki Chicken Danish was a fantastic treat. The pastry was light and buttery, providing a perfect base for the savoury Arabiki chicken sausage and a generous layer of glistening, melty cheese on top. To finish, the Brûlée Basque Cheesecake was the definite highlight. The blowtorched, crusty sugar layer provided a delightful, sharp textural contrast to the smooth, creamy interior of the cheesecake. The accompanying scoop of chilled yoghurt was a stroke of genius, cutting through the sweetness of the cake with a clean, sour tang, ensuring every bite was perfectly balanced.
