See below for the recipe from this video: Breaded Pork Cutlets 1 boneless Pork Loin or Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops 4 Eggs 1/4 cup of Milk 8 ounces of Italian Style Bread Crumbs Cooking Oil Gravy 1 101/2 ounce can of Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce 1/4 cup of Milk Preheat oven to 350.00 slice Pork loin into 1/2 inch thick cutlets Heat cooking oil in pan to approx 350 degrees beat 4 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk until smooth pour Bread Crumbs into Ziploc Bag Dip Cutlets in egg, then shake to cover in breadcrumbs. Remove from Bag and Place in Frying pan. Brown cutlets on each side, then remove from pan and place on paper Towel lined plate to absorb all access oil. Please chops in 13"x 9" baking dish. Milk Mushroom soup, Soy Sauce until smooth. Pour over the top of the cutlets. cover with foil and cook for 1 hour. Remove and check one cutlet--If you can cut through the cutlet with a fork, it's time to eat! This is the Good Stuff! Enjoy!
