This has been something I've wanted to film for a while and last week I was so sore that this was the only type of movement by body was wanting to do! It's a feel good flow that prioritizes recovery and relaxation. I will take you through 26 stretches that are all on the floor and in total it's 13 minutes (the magical number in swiftieland 😜 ). You can do this gentle stretch routine that targets your full body on your rest day or do it after a workout! Do this cool down stretch routine at home or at the gym - all you need is a yoga mat!
