This walking workout is great for anyone who is looking for a challenging but knee-friendly type of workout. In this Afrobeats Walking Workout, you will find a mix of upper body, lower body, abs, and glutes exercises. You will need a water bottle and a towel (optional). I hope you enjoy this one! 😉 REMINDER- Since I Livestream my workout sessions, there will be no timer, however, I will be using my watch to track my steps. Feel free to take a break if needed and use the music as your source of energy. TRACKER- I will be using my watch to track my steps and calories.
