If there is one thing, no one wants to be called in a relationship...it's needy. We know it’s not attractive, it leads to the end of many relationships and it’s just not a great way to feel. So, in this video I want to share 4 core pillars that I think will help distribute the emotional weight in your life so one person or one relationship isn’t expected to carry everything, so you can feel and behave less needy and more securely. Women worry when they feel like they’re asking for too much, wanting too much. They become concerned when they notice they want attention, reassurance, or closeness so badly but can’t seem to change their behavior or their desires. So, if you’ve noticed any of this behavior in yourself, or maybe you’ve even been called needy, I want you to take a few minutes with me to consider this instead: You might not be needy. You might just be unfulfilled. What I’ve noticed is that when someone’s life is very narrow, when not much is demanding their energy, piquing their curiosity, or inspiring growth in their lives, they end up placing an enormous amount of emotional weight on one person or one relationship in their life. And at that point every text, every response time, every date starts to feel huge. And it’s not because there's something wrong with them as an individual, but simply because too much is riding on that one relationship or connection. So, this video isn’t going to be about telling you to want less love or to be hyper-independent. But it is going to be about learning to build a life that can actually hold love and connection instead of collapsing under the pressure of needing it. And see what naturally happens next!
