VFLX19 FLX Unit Thread Verifying Lug Nuts. This FLX Thread System has two spindles. Each spindle is tooled to "GO" check the M14 Threads in the Lug Nuts. This setup is being run off just prior to shipment from New Vista's facility. It will be integrated into a large automated system. This application required a cycle time that was under .8 seconds. Each spindle is tracked independently. The red marked part has a short thread and will fail the "GO" test. The HMI clearly indicates the failed spindle.
