Design of a family home that integrated the garden into the entire social space The Flamenco House, built for a young couple with two kids, is characterized by its use of sizable sliding aluminum and glass frames that permit transparency, complete opening of the rooms, and invasion of the lush tropical garden. Hickory and walnut wood panels, a circulation hall that values the front garden and the leisure areas at the bottom of the property, and habitats that may be reversed or combined as needed.. White mass-coated facades, lush terraces, and the use of natural materials like stone, rustic granite, decks, panels, and wood brises form the volumetry and ensure privacy and natural ventilation in addition to producing a lovely internal luminosity. For the project, we have used bioclimatic solutions such as the use of green slabs in landscaping, protective films on glass, photovoltaic panels that soak up solar energy and turn it into heat, heating water from showers and faucets, and setting up a cross ventilation system in spaces. A reduction in the constant use of air conditioning due to improved climate comfort and air flow inside the home. A rainwater collection cistern that is used to water the garden serves as a means of water recycling. Stylish contemporary home with 3 stories and 1300 m2 of built-in space. The living, office, home theater, and the landscape, which consists of the pool on one side of the house and is surrounded by a variety of tropical plants, are all located on the ground level. Brises made of natural wood serve as the reception for the suites and living rooms on the top deck, while the technical spaces, services, and garage are located in the basement. The home's residence has the gym, sauna, and toy library, which makes up the majority of the recreational space.
