For the project, we have used bioclimatic solutions such as the use of green slabs in landscaping, protective films on glass, photovoltaic panels that soak up solar energy and turn it into heat, heating water from showers and faucets, and setting up a cross ventilation system in spaces. A reduction in the constant use of air conditioning due to improved climate comfort and air flow inside the home.
