Is the Vegan Diet Really Nature's Way?" ➨ • Видео ~-~~-~~~-~~-~ Reddit is an entertainment, social networking and news website where users can post content such as text, links, pictures, etc. Users, known as redditors, then “vote” up or down on a submission, which determines the post’s position on the page. In other words, the more popular a post, the higher up it will be on the list. Reddit touts itself as the front page of the internet. Its logo is the little martian looking character named Snoo. You can buy a premium membership for $29.99 a year that gives you access to other features and benefits but, for me, nothing notable. The site is basically like a bulletin board and Reddit is divided into categories known as subreddits. A couple of the most popular subreddits are TIL which stands for Today I Learned and IAmA where people post AMA’s or Ask Me Anything. Some celebrities and even President Obama have posted in this subreddit. Reddit gives you Karma points. This is intended to represent how much “good” you’ve done within the Reddit community. The best way to gain karma is by posting links that other people like and vote up. In some cases, I’ve tried to post links to a video or blog of mine and it won’t let me until I’ve created better karma. I’m not sure I’ll get that far. I’ve received mixed feedback from other users regarding the benefits Reddit has to offer if you are trying to promote yourself, your business, blogs or products, because you have to build up karma before you can post some things within some subreddits. I’ve also read that some YouTubers have received a bunch of negative feedback on their videos and some have had great success. The Reddit community is approximately 60% men so you’ll need to take this into consideration before promoting yourself or your website. I have not spent a ton of time on Reddit but so far, I do not like it. I know there are some die-hard fans out there that would eat me alive for saying so. From what I see, it’s a bunch of mish-mash posts and you have to sift through a bunch of garbage to find something valuable. That’s my takeaway. I’d much rather use StumbleUpon or Tumblr to find content that interests me. For parents, there is adult content on this site which, like Tumblr, is tagged “NSFW” or Not Safe for Work. Obviously you’ll want to formulate your own opinion so for that reason, I’d always recommend checking it out. You may love it. ==================================================== At LiveMoreNow.net visit for personal development or just to have a laugh, the goal here is to help people impact positive change for themselves, their families, their communities....
