👏🏾 🚀 A VV25 launch recap here for you! Last week Arianespace successfully placed into orbit the European Union’s Copernicus Sentinel-1C satellite. A perfectly executed European mission. With Sentinel-1C, Arianespace has now successfully launched 6 Sentinel satellites for the Copernicus program, a fundamental Earth observation program providing crucial environmental and climate data for the planet. 🌍 In particular, the Thales Alenia Space built Sentinel-1C satellite, is equipped with C-band synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging, enabling the satellite to acquire most valuable data during day or night, under all weather conditions. Thanks again to the European Commission and European Space Agency - ESA for their unique trust, and cheers to all our partners for the successful return to flight of Vega C.
