Today we went on an exciting food hunt around Nakhipot, Kathmandu, exploring flavors inspired by Purba (Eastern Nepal). 🌏✨ We started with the very famous Pork Thukpa served with Alu Chop, a perfect comfort food that truly represents the taste of Eastern Nepal. Then, of course, being in Nakhipot and not trying Pork Sekuwa would be a big miss – smoky, juicy, and absolutely mouthwatering! To keep the vibe authentic, we also enjoyed some classic Purba street snacks like Aalu Nimki and Pork Momos – simple but full of local flavor. And to add a twist, we even tried an international touch with the spicy and flavorful Singaporean Mi Goreng noodles. 🍜🔥 This hunt was full of flavors, culture, and good vibes.
