NAIOP is launching a bold strategic plan that will steer our work over the next three years. It’s more than a set of goals. It’s a renewed vision for the commercial real estate industry and our association that will lay the foundation for long-term success. While our mission remains unchanged, we’re committed to enhancing the value we offer our members. Over the next three years, we’ll amplify our knowledge about our members and their businesses and examine other associations to define what sets NAIOP membership apart. Our members have expanded into new sectors and markets. Understanding this growth allows us to deliver relevant content and experience that drive member success. Ensuring that NAIOP and its chapters provide a culture of belonging for all professionals in the industry will allow us to incorporate new voices and perspectives into our strategies, events and research. NAIOP’s capacity to engage in policy discussions and shape legislative outcomes across all levels of government remains a transformative means of positioning our members for success. We will continue working closely with chapters to understand and support regional legislative priorities as they evolve, both in the United States and in Canada. Our members help shape vibrant communities with every project they undertake, and we want everyone to understand the positive impact our industry has on the lives of every individual, every day. We’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of how the public perceives the commercial real estate industry and create and implement a strategy to increase awareness of the opportunities our industry creates. Our strategic plan is a meticulous combination of vision, collaboration and communication. We’re dedicated to keeping you up to date on our progress as our work unfolds, and we’ll adapt to respond to challenges and opportunities. This execution of a strategic plan is not just about reaching milestones but creating lasting value, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable growth for our members and our association.
