Hello everyone! Welcome back to Shivani’s LCHF Kitchen 💛 If you’re new here, hi! I’m Shivani, and on this channel, I share simple, delicious LCHF and keto recipes that are easy to make at home and perfect for a healthy lifestyle. So tell me honestly— Do you miss bread on keto? Do you miss bagels for breakfast or snacks? Well… today’s recipe is going to make you very happy 😄 Because I’m sharing my Keto Almond Flour Bagels. So let’s get started! Ingredients Section First, let me quickly show you the ingredients. We need: 100 grams almond flour 80 grams hung curd Half teaspoon salt Egg yolk or milk, for brushing White and black sesame seeds for topping And some extra almond flour, just in case we need it to adjust the dough That’s it! Very basic, very keto-friendly. Making the Dough Now take a mixing bowl. Add the almond flour first. Next, add the hung curd. Now add salt. Mix everything well. If your mixture looks slightly runny, don’t worry. Just add a little more almond flour and mix again. We want a soft but manageable dough. Once the dough comes together, transfer it onto a mat or kitchen counter. Sprinkle a little dry almond flour and knead the dough nicely. Kneading is important—it makes the bagels soft inside. Shaping the Bagels Now divide the dough into four equal parts. Take one portion, knead it gently, and shape it into a nice round bagel. Repeat the same with the remaining three portions. See how easy this is? No stress at all! Topping & Baking Now brush the top with egg yolk. If you don’t want to use egg, you can brush milk instead. Sprinkle white and black sesame seeds generously on top. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the bagels for 25 minutes until they turn golden and beautiful. And trust me—the kitchen will start smelling amazing 😍 Serving Ideas – Plain & Sweet Once baked, you can enjoy these bagels just as they are. If you want a sweet version, Slice the bagel into two, spread some cream cheese, Add a keto-friendly sweetener, And your sweet keto bagel is ready! Perfect with coffee or tea ☕️ Cheesy Sandwich Version Now let me share my favorite version—the cheesy sandwich bagel 😋 Take parchment paper and sprinkle some grated cheese. Place one half of the bagel on it. Crack one egg on top. Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Add more cheese on top. Air fry this at 200 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes, Or you can bake it in the oven. This makes a perfect keto breakfast or lunch. So friends, this was my Keto Almond Flour Bagel recipe.
