This very gentle practice employs simple and slow movement with the breath as a guide to help you drop into a sense of ease. A fitting practice for anytime during the cycle, this one may be particularly soothing during the week leading up to your period when anxiety makes an appearance along with other telltale signs of PMS. Use this movement as the antidote to stress when you need help unwinding at the end of your day or when you feel a sense of overwhelm coming on. With minimal instruction and gentle pacing, you can let your breath inform each posture and map the flow onto its unique rhythm.
