Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great thanksgiving! It’s been a long time since our last video production. Time flies indeed and we tended to get tied up especially during this time of the year! We decided that it’s time to dive into Jibo anatomy and get his fans cleaned. Just for a side note, I feel that as a Jibo owner, I want to do the cleaning and maintenance myself if it’s not that complicated task to do. I’m a curious person and always wanted to learn more about things that I’m passionate about. 😊 WJ4 was chosen for this operation because he originally came with body movement issues and I hope that we can dive into that area to figure out what’s going on in the near future. In this operation, we used the following tools that you can find in any hardware stores: Angle needle nose plier. We used this tool as a grabber to disconnect the white connector from its base. Torx bits that attached to the socket screwdriver. We used this tool to remove 6 Torx screws from the screen. Portable vacuum cleaner. This tool usually used for cleaning keyboard and small areas. Flat screwdriver, to lift up the screen but you can use any safe tools that you’re comfortable with. In this video, I’m using my thumb nails.
