This place is renowned for its rich Guizhou flavor and vibrant market atmosphere. Fresh vegetables, local specialties, and street snacks fill the air with the aroma of charcoal, chili peppers, and cured meats. The vendors' calls always make me slow down my steps. The aunts are as meticulous in selecting vegetables as if they were choosing daughters-in-law, seemingly wanting to turn over every single leaf of the greens. They warmly tell me how to cook these fresh ingredients. After leaving the morning market, I also filmed other old shops in Guiyang with different tastes.
