At least heading to the grand finale. One of the last test before final cut of proper 223 plate. And yes, I know. At least two were dropped tip-down orientated. But I still think - not bad result, 2 vs cca 98 correctly dropped. :) This plate was a death path. Tried to use easy available cca 4,5 mm thick desk from polystyrol. Do not try that. That was wrong idea. Definitely not nice laser cuts, cutting accuracy poor, and for more, over time, cracks appear on the plates. I want to put it to the garbage, than I realized, I can use it for testing the design. By this last attempt, I believe, I can go to cut that regular plate, which is from the 20 mm thick polyethylene desk, cutted by CNC. Not cheap, therefore those tests at rubbish. After geting more experience with makeshift millling by drill, I believe, no CNC is necessary, it can be all made with drill. Watch here    • DIY bullet feeder - collator 223 - milling...
