Almost every organization or program has had to adjust its operations due to COVID-19. The Business Model Canvas tool offers an easy way to start the process of rethinking and/ or developing a new or revised business model for your nonprofit organization. This 90 minute interactive workshop led by Karla Reyes Noguera, MBA, and El Pajaro CDC, guides nonprofits in understanding the canvas tool, including market and customer segments, and value proposition. It helps you consider how to relate to and reach customer segments and identify key activities to support your income, such as identifying partners who support your organization. Karla Reyes Noguera, MBA, is an entrepreneur and dreamer who has more than eight years of experience advising and presenting workshops to entrepreneurs. She earned an MBA in 2015 to learn how to better support small business owners in realizing their dreams. Karla has been a presenter at the Small Business Development Center of Silicon Valley, the University of California at Santa Cruz, Stanford University, and El Pajaro Community Development Corporation, to name a few. Her passion is supporting small business owners to realize their dreams and live their best life.
