IBELISSE GUARDIA FERRAGUTTI & FRANK ROSALY – MESTIZX They’re operating out of Amsterdam and their music is undeniably contemporary, emphasizing their Latin American backgrounds. Ibelisse Guardia Ferragutti is a singer and performance artist from Bolivia. Frank Rosaly grew up in a Puerto Rican family and made name as a drummer in Chicago. BEATRICE SBERNA & GABRIEL DE OLIVEIRA From the sinister lullaby ‘Satan 3’ to the provocative punk jazz of ‘Alternative Scene’: throughout the years Italian singer Beatrice Sberna and Brazilian guitarist Gabriel de Oliviera have created a stylistically varied range of songs to be released on their debut album. Influences from Italian cantautori and Brazilian folk are cheerfully blended together with the help of improvisers from all over the world—this concert will feature, among others, Alessandro Fongaro and Michael Vatcher.
