Pulling Activities: Building Back, Shoulder, and Core Strength (Developmental Foundation)! Hello Parents! Need some simple activities to boost your child’s back and shoulder strength for better posture? This video features three simple Pulling Activities, which are fundamental to developing robust Developmental Foundation strength. Pulling exercise is crucial for shoulder stability and back muscle engagement—skills needed for pushing, carrying, and climbing! Feeling so confident about her gross motor development! Confidence built since we started strong in 2025. To make sure she feels super secure, we are initiating a Confidence Booster Round! ✨ That means repeating every activity she hasn't fully aced. We are preparing her for the bigger challenges awaiting at ages 4, 5, and 6! You got this! 💪 Watch my toddler focusing on controlling the load using her whole body! 👆🏻 ✨ INSPIRATION & MANDATORY CREDIT All activity ideas were learned from the fantastic channel: ➡️ PT for Tots Channel: / @ptfortots ➡️ Channel Handle: @ptfortots Huge thanks to Jill Huuskes, a Pediatric Physical Therapist, for the valuable guidance! 🙏🏻💐 📌 DISCLAIMER The classification and grouping of these activities are done solely by me for organizational purposes and ease of viewing. My child performed all activities according to the original sequence and order provided by the PT for Tots channel. This categorization (Pulling Activities) is simply my way of grouping the completed movements. I am just a mom, not a Pediatric Physical Therapist or an expert in motor development. This categorization may contain errors from a professional standpoint. Always consult with a qualified medical or therapy professional before starting new activities.
